About Bendigo Bargains
You know how, over the years, you somehow end up with a lot of stuff? It starts innocently enough — a few extra things here and there — and before long the cupboards are full, the shed’s packed to the roof, and you’re running out of places to put things. Most of it’s too good to throw out, so you hang on to it, thinking, “I’ll have a garage sale one day.”
Well, that’s exactly what happened to me.
Over the years I’ve gathered a bit of everything — things I bought and never used, things I found interesting, things I thought I might need “someday.” The result? A growing mountain of good, usable items sitting around collecting dust.
I finally decided it was time to do something about it, but instead of dragging it all out onto the driveway for a weekend garage sale, I thought — why not do it online? It’s easier, cleaner, and it lets anyone from Bendigo (and beyond) grab a bargain without having to dig through boxes in the sun.
So that’s how Bendigo Bargains was born — my online garage sale!
My name is Peter, and here you’ll find all sorts of bits and pieces: books, collectables, costumes, figures, games, music, and plenty of other pre-loved treasures. Most of these are one-off items from my personal collection — things that have been stored away unused for years — so once they’re gone, they’re gone.
I’ve listed everything myself, taken the photos, and written the descriptions honestly — no big business markups, no fancy marketing. Just genuine items at fair prices.
If you’re local, you can pick up your order from me here in Eaglehawk (usually the same day if you give me a bit of notice). If you’re further away, I can post your items anywhere in Australia.
So, have a look around, see what catches your eye, and maybe you’ll give some of these things a second life — and help me reclaim a bit of shed space while you’re at it!
